Our shuttle service is available from 4:00 AM to 1:00 AM. Depending on road conditions, shuttle service may be significantly delayed from the usual time (approximately 15 minutes each way). If you are in a hurry, please use a taxi or take the Keikyu Line to Anamori Inari Station (transportation costs are at the customer's expense). Terminal 1 reception counter: South Wing, 1st floor, next to arrival exits 3 and 4. Terminal 2 reception counter: In front of arrival exits 2 and 3 on the 1st floor, next to the bus counter. Terminal 3 general travel counter: In front of arrival exits 2 and 3 on the 1st floor. Business hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Please contact the store directly outside of these hours. Pick-up location: Terminal 3 multi-story parking garage (P5), 1st floor rental car waiting area. If counter staff are not present at the airport due to operational reasons, please issue a ticket using the ticket machine at the counter and contact the Haneda Airport store via the provided direct line or your own phone.
